Sweden's cbank buys 1.5 bln SEK in 2020, 2023 nominal bonds
STOCKHOLM, May 18 (Reuters) - Sweden's central bank bought 1.5 billion Swedish crowns ($171.04 million) in nominal bonds in a reverse auction as part of its quantitative easing programme, it said onThursday.
It bought 750 million crowns of 2020 bonds at an average yield of minus 0.428 percent and the same amount of 2023 bonds at 0.082 percent. Investors offered to sell the Riksbank 2.3 billion crowns and 1.55 billion crowns in the two bonds respectively.
