Kruk said on Monday that its unit Investcapital Malta LTD. has signed an agreement with Romanian lender BRD Groupe Societe Generale ROBRD.BX to buy a protfolio of secured and unsecured corporate debt with a total nominal value of 1.25 billion lei ($304.85 million).
